These are our most popular homes in the Orlando area. Our Kissimmee/Disney home homes are offered in prime locations typically 10-20 minutes from Disney Maingate although some of our golf and countryside estates are a 20-30 minute drive.
Our Quality homes offer a high standard of furnishings and interior design, they are presented with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher plus a washing machine/dryer are also standard.

All our homes are fully air-conditioned, have telephones and at least one television. ANNA MARIA ISLAND
Located on Florida's Gulf Coast, seven-mile long Anna Maria Island is situated south of Tampa Bay. Lovely Anna Maria Island is touched by three tropical bodies of water. The Gulf of Mexico on the western shore and Sarasota Bay, as well as Anna Maria Bay on the Eastern Shore. In addition, Anna Maria Island is northernmost on a string of barrier islands that extend in a southerly direction, the only other set of keys in this latitude aside from the infamous Florida Keys

Ideally located just 5 miles from Fort Myers Beach where there are a range of exciting water-sports for the energetic or alternatively 10 minutes to Sanibel Island where you can enjoy the world famous 'shelling'. With a variety of shops and restaurants close by, Fort Myers offers a range of activities to suit most - enjoy 'Florida Living' in this appealing area, a great central location between Sarasota and Naples, close to the Everglades.

If you are looking for a laid back beach atmosphere then this is it. Primarily a residential area this part of Florida is relatively undiscovered by the Europeans, so far. Great beach & watersports, casual dining and a short drive to good shops. As this is an established area for the snowbirds of Canada and the colder North American states, these homes are sometimes more traditional wooden stilt beach homes unlike the modern bungalow of Orlando.

LIDO KEY
Lido Key is one of the barrier island's in the Gulf Of Mexico in between Siesta Key and it neighbour the more well know Longboat Key. Just minutes drive from Sarasota and the fashionable shops, cafes and galleries of renowned St. Armand's Circle. Beaches include, North Lido Beach which is a good beach of white sand but care must be taken as there are strong water currents. The second Lido Beach is about half a mile from St Armands and has an array of beach facilities including rest-rooms and gift shop. Finally the South Lido Park which has a beach at it's southern end with terrific views over donwtown Sarasota. This park has a wide variety of amentites including picnic areas, nature trails and a playground for the children.

Longboat Key has a reputation of being one of the finest & most desirable locations to reside in Florida. A barrier island situated on the Gulf Coast, many homes benefit from a beach or waterfront location and are therefore an idea base for renting a boat where you can explore the inland waterways leading to shops & restaurants of the Sarasota area, where all pockets and tastes are catered for.

Siesta beach has some of the whitest, finest sand in the world where you could see dolphins and manatees playing about in the surf. As well as sunbathing and swimming, every beach / water sport is catered for. Crescent beach shares the same glorious sand as Siesta but is much less crowded. As is Turtle beach, which is popular for picnics and nesting turtles!
Spend the day shopping for big bargains at the nearby Malls and finish the day with a spectacular sunset.

West Central Florida includes some popular areas incorporating Hudson, New Port Richey, Tampa and St. Petersburg.
