Some homes are located out of Kissimmee on the popular west side of Disney where many new communities are now available in a countryside location - these homes are in a great location and vary from 15 - 30 minutes to maingate

Should you have a particular area or estate in mind, our 'Select the estate' facility offers guests the choice to select an estate that meets their needs. You may require a location near Golf or an estate with a community pool where kids can make new friends or perhaps you prefer the security of a gated community or a development more convenient to bars and restuarants. These are our most popular homes in the Orlando area. Our Kissimmee/Disney home homes are offered in prime locations typically 10-20 minutes from Disney Maingate although some of our golf and countryside estates are a 20-30 minute drive.
Our Quality homes offer a high standard of furnishings and interior design, they are presented with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher plus a washing machine/dryer are also standard.

All our homes are fully air-conditioned, have telephones and at least one television. Private pools are standard and all have 'Florida Glass' fitted, this is a thin nylon mesh that offers privacy and protection from the bugs - it is also suntan compatible!
