Some homes are located out of Kissimmee on the popular west side of Disney where many new communities are now available in a countryside location - these homes are in a great location and vary from 15 - 30 minutes to maingate

Should you have a particular area or estate in mind, our 'Select the estate' facility offers guests the choice to select an estate that meets their needs. You may require a location near Golf or an estate with a community pool where kids can make new friends or perhaps you prefer the security of a gated community or a development more convenient to bars and restuarants.
