Open floor-plan enables water views from the kitchen, family room and living rooms. The main living room has a big screen TV & DVD. There is also a den furnished with smaller flat screen TV, double futon if needed for extra guests. There is a further living room with access to the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen is very large and has a centre island. It aslo has a large laundry room with washer/dryer.

The lanai is furnished with lounge chairs, dining table with seating for 6 and comfortable loungers. There is an outdoor shower also.
A new dock has just been built where guests can fish from or rent a boat for a day and bring it to the house.
