This lovely Key West Style Home with with private pool is on Lemon Avenue. It is only half a mile to the beautiful Manasota beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on a raised level. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own large shower room. The guest bedrooms have a queen bed in one and twins in the other. There is a further guest shower room with vanity and wc. The living room is furnished with a sofa, chairs and has a flat screen tv. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is a dining area with tables and chairs. Also in the hallway there is an office area with desk and chairs. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

There are several different sitting areas, one with outdoor table and chairs, and a hammock.
The swimming pool is reached by going down the back stairs and is open - great for sunbathing, however is fenced for safety.
There is another outdoor dining area with and couple more hammocks. A short walk along the lane brings you directly onto Manasota Beach. Shopping and restaurants in Venice are about 5/10 minutes in the car.
